What's the best ATI graphics card that I can get that will be able to play Battlefield 3 on full graphics with no problems? I don't care how much it will be.|||Well you also have to consider the PSU, you need to get a estimate of the total power your system is going to be using... The 6990 is the best, then the 5970, the 6970, then the 5870 then the 6950... The 69xx series are the best...|||The BEST? Well that's a loaded question....
The highest-end AMD card on the market is the Radeon HD 6990, but it's very expensive, noisy, runs hot and draws a lot of power. Most systems don't have a power supply strong enough to run the 6990, so you'd probably have to purchase a new power supply first.
And you'd be able to play with a Radeon HD 6970 just as well- that's a better buy.|||a Radeon HD 6950 for under 300 is high on the list but nividia has GeForce GTX 570 for a bit over 300. the main issue is with how much dedicated memory that you have. 1 gb should do you in general but thats beside the point. i'de go with the nividia|||I will go for the gtx 570 or even older version of gtx 480 for the value of performance. HD6990 is way to expensive.
